Moon Whispers for March
Zeus, the ruler of the Sky and the Supreme Being of Divine Masculine, is the Master of Abundance. This strong, Greek-being is a powerful example of courageous wisdom, justice and the art of persuasion to unify men (and women) to stand together.
Before Zeus was born, his father, Cronos, was so terrified of Zeus’ strength and potential power that he set out to destroy Zeus. When Zeus was finally born, the nursemaid, carefully concealed him so that he could not be discovered, by his father, in heaven or on earth or in the sea. Zeus rewarded the nurse, when he grew older, by transforming her in to the stars so that she would always be honored. Zeus, in his great wisdom, embraced and revered the Feminine Energy. He, also, understood the need for the balance between the Strength and Manifesting Creativity found in the Feminine and Masculine of his people.
Zeus was also responsible for reconciling his family and the protection of his people; but most importantly, to bring forth the abundance his people richly deserved. Zeus taught his people how to be responsible and grateful for what they have presently, but also how to create overflowing abundance monetarily, intellectually, and spiritually.
Currently, we as a Nation, have been embracing the “poverty consciousness”. We believe that everything is falling apart, breaking down, and money is being taken away from us. We are being mentally drained from all of the talk on the news and radio about how our global economy is disintegrating. This is someone else’s reality – this does not have to be yours! Just as Zeus inspired his people with riches, we as spiritual human beings, have the greatest opportunity to create financial responsibility, release this poverty-way-of-life; and manifest the flow of money.
As the planet Jupiter’s energy brings intense transformation, it is time for us to be clear and decisive on the life we deserve and desire. In the Vedic Astrology when Jupiter moves into Capricorn, it signifies great change at lightening fast speed. In the Western Astrology, when Jupiter moves into Aquarius, this brings in the “push” of letting go of old thoughts and patterns. Through this, we have hope for our future and abundance!
As the Spring approaches, and the close of Winter draws near, festivals and celebrations of Zeus’ Olympic-sized gifts of abundance and re-birth are honored. The Diasia festival, which happens on the Full Moon (Tuesday, March 10th), opens the way for new beginnings and coming out of Winter’s hibernation. It signifies OUR time to create and release the World’s thoughts and fears that money is evil and we can never have enough it.
Realize this, that money is just energy. There is enough for all. It never goes away, just as energy never goes away. Use this time, in Jupiter’s Energy and Zeus’ Strength, to manifest “Wealth and Abundance Consciousness”:
Become Financially Responsible: Create a budget and stick to it! There are many resources available to you through books, internet, and financial advisors to create a simple budget that is easy to follow. Using what you do have will generate space for more money to come in. Program your thoughts to focus on what you are choosing for your abundant life. Carefully spend your money; but when you feel you deserve something - purchase it. Celebrate and be grateful for the happiness you deserve and have; and do not doubt it! Doubting your “deserving” will continue the cycle of poverty.
When your focus is on “not enough”, it won’t matter how much money you have, it will never be enough. All we will experience is “not having” and ultimately blocking our true desires. We can choose to bring in more and move into a new life experience. Below is a “Master of Abundance” meditation that should be done every day through out the month of March, starting Sunday, March 8th. Allowing this meditation to become a habit will assist you in creating and manifesting your new abundant life – you project your own reality!
Meditation:
Creating a sacred space and alter for Zeus:
- Either use a piece of fleece material (symbol of abundance) or use a dark-green colored material to cover the alter.
- Use the picture of Zeus
- Use honeysuckle oil
- Candle(s) in the colors of dark green; carve a dollar sign into the Candle
- Deposit Slip
As you light the candle, meditate on money flowing to you. Don’t worry about where you think it will (or won’t) come from. See the money pouring into your home and overflowing. Envision not feeling stressed or having fear about “not having”. See yourself comfortable, abundant and taken care of by your own means. Repeat the following Prayer for Abundance or simply say, “I am abundance overflowing.”
Write on your Deposit Slip a realistic amount of money that you are manifesting for this year. For example: Write $100,000 instead of $2,000,000. In your mind, start where you feel it is realistic and tangible. Then, let the Universe do its work!
Every night this month, sit in meditation, for 20 minutes focusing, on how the Universe is supporting you now and that abundance is flowing to you now.
Prayer for Abundance
Holy Zeus, Meilikhios,?
God Who gives abundance and fertility to the earth,?
I/we have come before You to give sacrifice on the Diasia,?
Asking that You bring a swift end to the winter season.?
May we soon see the last snow of the year,?
And may warmth and fertility return to the earth.?
May You accept and delight in my/our offerings?
And grant me/us blessings and Your divine presence upon this day!
